Ann Candle Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Ann Candle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Eligible Returns:
- Unopened and undamaged candles are eligible for a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The candle must be in its original packaging.
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required for processing.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the candle in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the candle to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Candles that have been opened or used.
- Candles that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Candles returned without an RMA number.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs:
The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
